At Rooted in Grace, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
